Christmas Eve Dinner, December 24 (€95 per person)
New Year’s Eve Dinner, December 31 (€159 per person), followed by an evening of music and dancing

- Amuse-bouche (Avocado, salmon, lime, and vodka verrine)
STARTER:
- Foie gras with fig and pistachio

Perfect egg, parmesan crumble, truffle espuma (vegetarian)
MAIN COURSE:
- Scallops, potato galette, saffron and caviar emulsion
OR
Gnocchi, morel duxelles, cheese sauce, and cauliflower (vegetarian)
CHEESE:
- Brie mousse

- Yule log

New Year's Eve dinner
On the menu:
- Amuse-bouche (Lobster cappuccino, shellfish espuma, and parmesan crisp)
STARTER:
- Foie gras with fig and pistachio
OR
Perfect egg, parmesan crumble, truffle espuma (vegetarian)
MAIN COURSE:
- Roasted beef fillet, rich red wine jus, and truffle dauphinoise potatoes

Gnocchi, morel duxelles, cheese sauce, and cauliflower (vegetarian)
